ACDI Employee Spotlight: Becca Hudson

Becca is ACDI’s favorite Administrative Assistant. She shares her story of how she came to work with the company and became known as the ‘Bubbly Operator’.

She is a bright example of how a simple hello and a warm smile can make a great start to work any day of the week. We are very proud to call her a member of our team for the last 9 years. Thank you for all you do Becca!

What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Knowing that I am coming to a job that I love and work with some pretty amazing people.

How would you rate your memory?
If you asked my kids, it would be zero since I don’t remember anything they say they’ve told me. But I would rate it a 9.

If you could switch places with someone at ACDI, who would it be?
It would probably be Josh.

What do you like most about your job?
I like getting to talk to people from all over the country and even some outside of the U.S.

What is your motto or personal mantra?
Whatever. Floats. Your. Boat.

Any advice you would give to new hires?
Just relax, have fun, be yourself, and be the best at everything you do.

What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
It’s not work related but I’m working on a project for the kids at my church. It’s called Sticks Ministry where you use sticks and motion to tell a story of the song you’re performing. And it’s very powerful.

What surprises you most about working at ACDI?
How fast ACDI has grown over the last year. I’m really not surprised but it amazes me to watch this company grow from just a handful of people and some coin-ops to what you see here now.
