West Reading, PA, 1BJuly 27, 2020– Fraser Advanced Information Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Murray as the new Director of Technology Sales and Services. In this newly created role, Mr. Murray will focus on developing strategies to continue the growth of our Managed IT Services business and nurturing current business relationships to expand our breadth of services with existing clients.

Before joining Fraser, Mr. Murray served as the Vice President of Global Service Strategy for Ricoh. In his role, he led the multi-national services team, identified business challenges, and advanced solutions to improve office effectiveness. He was also responsible for driving a culture of services with a focus on new revenue models. He also served Ricoh as the Regional Director for Enterprise Service Design, leading his region to the company’s number one ranking for revenue.
