“New technology has caused the business to change dramatically,” Belanger explained. “Implementing managed print systems was one major change for us. There was a need for some larger clients for help in managing their printing technology systems better, and what we found is that we can serve as an additional IT layer for those companies.”
Belanger is also a founder of an industry group called SDG (Select Dealer Group) made up of more than 40 dealers, nationally and internationally, who meet three times a year to offer each other developmental and professional support.
