Samsung won a patent-infringement lawsuit against two non-genuine printer cartridge resellers at a court in The Hague in the Netherlands on November 30.

Dutch resellers Digital Revolution and Maxperian were ruled to have infringed two Samsung patents, both of which are features of Samsung toner cartridges.

The judge ordered the two Dutch companies to stop selling non-genuine cartridges and post official announcements on their official websites regarding the infringement. Digital Revolution and Maxperian were also ordered to pay damages and court costs.
