JustTech is proud to announce their first international licensing agreement for their popular Support Connect App for Xerox multifunction printers with e-dox in Germany.  e-dox currently uses the Support Connect App with their own clients and now will provide the Support Connect App to other Xerox partners in Germany to use with their clients as well!

With the Support Connect App, users can request service, request supplies and provide feedback right from the device user interface!  This provides a simple and easy process for the customer.

With the service and supply requests, the Xerox service provider instantly receives all needed information to resolve the incident including serial number, meter reads, all supply statuses (including toner, drum, fuser, etc) and all fault codes.  This provides faster resolution to service and supply incidents and increased up-time.

The Support Connect App is available in multiple languages and is currently installed in 7 different countries.  This app works with Xerox ConnectKey, AltaLink and VersaLink devices.
