Continues market share growth strategy in North Carolina
Hendrix Business Systems, Inc. (HBS), an independent supplier of office imaging equipment, software, support, and related services and supplies, announced today that they acquired Nimble Technologies of Charlotte, NC. The acquisition is a strategic maneuver to further increase HBS’ market presence in North and South Carolina.
Nimble Technologies originally opened its doors as Carolina Digital Solutions in 2010 as a full-service business equipment dealership focusing on reselling and servicing Xerox® products. In 2016, they rebranded the company as USA Copiers and steadily grew their customer base. Then in 2018, they reinvented themselves as Nimble Technologies continuing their growth on the office equipment side of the business, plus added consulting services that focused on print infrastructure security in the healthcare, legal, and financial industry segments.
