As organizations start to reengage their business operations, Managed Print Services (MPS) providers need to ensure they are ready to respond to emerging business opportunities. Having access to experts to provide advice and resources has proven invaluable and this is where the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) has been active for members and non-members.

Celebrating 10 years of service to the industry, the MPSA is a global, non-profit organization that provides independent communications, collaboration, education, standards and success to its network of members focused on MPS. Members engage with the global network of experts to identify strategies to evolve their MPS approach for their specific market.

Ringdale®, the provider of FollowMe®, the leading print management solution for enterprise and government organizations, has been actively participating in the MPSA for a number of years, and is pleased to announce that Eric Crump, Director of Strategic Alliances at Ringdale has been appointed as the Standards and Best Practices Committee Chairman for the MPSA.  Eric has been contributing to the committee since 2017 and in 2019, in recognition of his knowledge, skill and experience; he was elected as an MPSA Board Member.

There is an extensive portfolio of reference material available via the MPSA website, including a new 2020 MPSA security white paper with a focus on WFH environments. In addition to this white paper, you may find Ringdale’s short on-demand video “Bridging the security and gap for staff working remotely” of interest.
