WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. acquires CBS Imaging, Inc. DBA Complete Business Systems
August 2018: WiZiX Technology Group, Inc is very proud to announce that it has acquired the assets of CBS Imaging, in Livermore, CA. This acquisition will serve as the springboard for WiZiX into the Bay Area market and will be followed shortly by an additional branch office in the South Bay. This purchase is the third completed by WiZiX since October 2017. Prior acquisitions include Stanton Office Machines of Fresno and Scott Technology Group of Sacramento. This unprecedented growth and acquisition activity has rapidly placed WiZiX on the map as a major player in the office technology market throughout the Central and Northern California regions.
