“Static Control is in a transitional phase right now, and I feel comfortable in the midst of change,” said Young. “As the company moves with new initiatives, I look forward to standardizing our operations and leveraging technology to make both our employees and customers have an easier experience.”

Young has more than a decade of experience in leading transformation projects with Fortune 500 companies. He joins Static Control after serving as IT Director at Circle K/Couche-Tard, a multinational operator of more than 15,000 convenience stores. During his time there, he created an IT strategy that helped Circle K/Couche-Tard expand its operating footprint in North America and across the globe.

In his spare time, Young enjoys water skiing, offshore sailing and spending time with his family.
