Jared will be responsible for leading customer engagement programs and developing innovative approaches to research, collaborate, and customer satisfaction measurement that will create improved value for DME and enhance our customers experience.

Jared Lorenzen joins the DME team with experience in office technology and leadership experience. After winning the Super Bowl with the New York Giants, he retired from the NFL and has spent five years in the office technology space. He has a knack for leading teams and building relationships, and as the Director of Customer Experience, Jared will be working directly as a liaison between the customer and every part of our business that interfaces with our clients. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience, and Jared will be instrumental in delivering that in his new role.
