WAUKEE, IOWA— Access Systems was named the #1 Top Workplace in the mid-sized company category and recognized for their “Direction” by the Des Moines Register. This year marks the fifth year in a row Access Systems has been named an Iowa Top Workplace and only the second year in the mid-sized category.

Each year, the Des Moines Register names the top 150 workplaces in Iowa across small, medium, and large businesses. The Register partnered with Energage research company to conduct anonymous employee surveys to determine which companies would make the list for 2019.

“Everyone works hard here. Access is very open to new ideas and processes to better serve our customers. It’s really fun and rewarding to work for a growing company,” said one, anonymous Access employee.

Employees answered a range of questions about their job satisfaction and the company culture. Access employees praised the company’s direction and culture.

“Access wouldn’t be continuously growing without the hard work of our employees,” said Shane Sloan, CEO and owner of Access Systems. “I am proud of what we have achieved and look forward to the bright future ahead of us.”
