He’s already making a big splash at SVOE by providing top notch service to our valued customers. In fact, he recently received his very first love letter – an SVOE service tech love letter that is! Check it out:

Last week I received a new laptop and could not gain connectivity to the WorkCenter7120. Due to my work requirements, this caused serious delays and complex workarounds. Josh and I worked by phone to resolve the issue, but due to my own time limitations, I had to reschedule the call.

To my amazement and surprise Tuesday morning, Josh arrived at my home office to make a personal review of the situation and fix the problem. This was initiated by Josh and the SVOE commitment to customer service. I thanked Josh for his dedication and taking this action. He replied with total modesty, “That’s what we’re here for.”

Employees can receive training. Some learn the necessary skills to fix problems. Then there are employees like Josh who display what many companies use as a tagline but seldom fulfill. Personal dedication to their company and their customers isn’t a skillset; it’s a mental model rarely encountered today.

Josh’s extraordinary service, attention to detail, and humble conduct showers himself in honor and brings honor to SVOE.
