Samsung and its France-based Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner ISSENDIS created QuickOffice, an application compatible with Samsung’s Smart UX Center, which enables users to quickly convert scanned documents into Microsoft Office files.

Understanding the challenges that small- and medium-sized businesses face when scanning and converting materials during their workflow, ISSENDIS worked closely with Samsung to create the QuickOffice app, leveraging Samsung Software Developer Kit and Smart UX Center. Using the app, users can simply put the documents in the feeder and convert the scanned files into an editable Microsoft Office format of their choice or a PDF.

Currently under Samsung’s V&V (validation and verification) process, QuickOffice will soon be available at Samsung Printing App Center.
