LAS VEGAS, Oct. 30, 2014 – Global Imaging Systems (GIS), A Xerox company, has acquired Las Vegas based Élan Office Systems, one of the region’s fastest growing providers of copy, print and IT services and solutions to small and medium size businesses.

Élan Office Systems will now offer Xerox’s full range of office and printing technology as well as its existing product line, in addition to providingproduction print and mail solutions, and printer fleet and managed services.

“We continue to expand our network of locally based companies with a proven track record of delivering world class customer service, and helping clients simplify the way they work,” said Michael Pietrunti, senior vice president, Acquisitions, Corporate Services and Marketing, GIS. “This acquisition expands our coverage in Las Vegas complementing the existing footprint.”

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
