Doing Better Business (doingbetterbusiness.com), a leading regional provider of office technology, document management, imaging and managed IT services based in Altoona, PA announced that it has completed the strategic acquisition of Total Service, Inc. (tsiofficeproducts.com), based in Latrobe, PA.
The company will operate as DBB Technology Solutions formerly TSI, and current President, Gene McElhaney, will continue to lead the operations at this location.
According to Debra Dellaposta, CEO of Doing Better Business, Inc. (DBB), “It’s a great match. The acquisition of TSI represents another major milestone in both the growth of DBB and it enhances the capabilities and services available through TSI.”
