The Brother Special Solutions Team (SST) is a customer-focused program that enables Brother products to be modified to meet special requests from our clients. This approach involves a collaborative process with our field service engineers and business analysts.
The Brother SST offering is supported throughout the world. We have delivered a wide variety of solutions that have helped meet the unique needs of customers with mid-size and large device deployments.

For Solution Providers, VARS and System Integrators and clients with in-house development capability Brother can provide our BSI Kit and Interface. BSI is a web-based software development platform that enables developers to build customized solutions for select Brother devices.
Through the BSI Platform, Brother encourages software developers to create customized print and scan solutions on our next generation products.
Because BSI is a web services-based platform, developers can easily create customized solutions for a company’s network environment and integrate with existing workflows.
