How it works?

Print via the uniFLOW Print Service for Google Cloud Print

Google Cloud Print is a technology that can connect any printer with the internet. With Google Cloud Print, printers can be made available from home or the office. Google Cloud Print works on smart phones, tablets, PCs, Macs or any other internet enabled device you would like to use to print. To combine Google Cloud Print with uniFLOW, NT-ware introduced the uniFLOW Print Service for Google Cloud Print (uniFLOW Print Service for GCP). Therefore, it is possible for users to print documents from any place on any printer device in their company by taking advantage of uniFLOW’s powerful workflow engine. The file format conversion is handled by Google Cloud Print and therefore no extra license is needed.

The uniFLOW Print Service for Google Cloud Print (uniFLOW Print Service for GCP) is a service that monitors Google Cloud Printers for print jobs. The uniFLOW Print Service for GCP makes it possible to transfer vital data on the print job owner and print job settings to uniFLOW. The service will download the print jobs from Google Cloud Print as PDF files and attach a special job ticket with the respective print job settings to each PDF. It will then forward the print jobs to the uniFLOW server or RPS.

uniFLOW by NT-ware works with Canon, Konica Minolta, HP, Samsung and Xerox
