CHICAGO—January 26, 2016– Impact Networking is excited to start off the new year by announcing promotions for two loyal and deserving Impact employees: Cory Carnes and Chris Zvirbulis. Substantial growth in 2015 and plans for expansion into Northwest Indiana in early 2016 spurred these employee advancement opportunities.

Cory Carnes will be taking on a new role as General Manager of Impact’s Illinois locations. Carnes initially began his career at Impact as an entry-level sales representative fresh out of college nearly 13 years ago. Under Carnes’ leadership the Chicago branch has grown from $3.3 million in equipment and software revenue in 2010 to $7.8 million in revenue today.

Chris Zvirbulis will be taking on a new venture in 2016 by starting up our new Northwest Indiana location, serving Lake County, Indiana and Chicago’s South Suburbs. Zvirbulis will also continue his General Manager responsibilities in Peru, IL and Indianapolis. Zvirbulis has proven his ability to build successful sales teams from scratch. Zvirbulis joined Impact in 2005 with the challenge of turning around the underperforming Darien branch. He quickly transformed it into a profitable and high- performing location, which today houses two self-sustaining sales teams.

Chris also recently implemented a few new and innovative ways to gain brand exposure for Impact’s Indianapolis branch. He spearheaded a community involvement initiative, which included securing a sponsorship with the Indianapolis Indians and introducing a new charitable organization to Impact, the Latino Development Community.

“We strive to create a culture of personal growth and advancement for Impact employees,” said Frank Cucco, CEO. “We are very thankful that with the growth of Impact, we have the ability to reward and recognize deserving employees like these two whom have remained loyal and committed to our success for many years.”

“Under their leadership, we believe to be in the best position to reach our goal of $100 million by 2017,” Partner and Vice President of Impact Networking, Tom Pieters said. “We want to thank both Chris and Cory for their loyal, unrelenting work ethic and ability to achieve success even in the most challenging situations.”
