Results of a recent TechValidate survey show that organizations experienced exceptional simplicity and speed during deployment of PrinterLogic

St. George, UTAH—October 6, 2015—PrinterLogic, the leading Enterprise Print Management solution, today announced a selection of noteworthy results from a comprehensive customer survey conducted by TechValidate, an independent research organization.

The research surveyed 254 long- and medium-term customers on various aspects of their experience after deploying PrinterLogic as their chosen enterprise printing solution. Questions posed to the respondents concerned install time, ROI, added value, security and more. Ultimately the study collected 2,302 data points and yielded more than 60 customer references who would speak publicly about PrinterLogic.

The results released today focus on the increased speed and ease of deployment customers experienced with PrinterLogic. Both topics were addressed specifically in survey questions posed by TechValidate; responses were given according to a common scale. The survey also dealt with deployments on a case-by-base basis, examining the actual time it took for respondents’ organizations to deploy PrinterLogic with breakdowns by sector. Highlights include:

PrinterLogic customers are thrilled with both the speed and ease of deployment

  • 97% of respondents rate PrinterLogic’s ease of deployment as “great” or better; more than one-third rate it as “amazing”.

  • 98% of respondents rate PrinterLogic’s speed of deployment as “great” or better; a full 87% rate it as “excellent” or better.

  • Of the organizations surveyed, 84% were able to fully install PrinterLogic within 10 days.

  • In the government sector specifically, 65% of respondents were able to install PrinterLogic in five days or less.

Record levels of customer satisfaction

TechValidate has calculated a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +66 with an average NPS rating of 8.9 for PrinterLogic — some of the highest NPS values TechValidate has ever seen. The NPS is a metric for how many current customers would recommend PrinterLogic to a colleague.

Both the general and the specific results of the TechValidate research showed impressive levels of customer satisfaction due to factors such as high return on investment, cost and speed of deployment, and ease of use — all of which met or exceeded the respondents’ already high expectations. The results highlight PrinterLogic’s claims relative to traditional print solutions: namely, centralized management, granular auditing and reporting, user empowerment through self-service, robust flexibility, seamless integration, and low maintenance.
