Phil Lampugnano to join Proven IT on August 1st. Phil will join the Proven IT leadership team as Vice President of Business Development. Phil is joining Proven IT to support the growth of business inside the Chicagoland area as well as additional locations throughout the country. John Cosich commented “We are incredibly excited to have Phil join our team, having worked with him in the past, I know that his experience and depth of industry knowledge will help keep Proven IT on par with best practices.”
Phil attended United States Air Force Academy 1975 to 1977 and graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a BA in Accounting in May of 1980. Phil was the Controller at American Office Equipment in Chicago before taking his next step in his career to Controller of Column Office Equipment, and after the acquisition by Global Imaging Systems, he was ultimately named as CFO and then President of COTG.
In 2009 Phil was promoted to the Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Global Imaging Systems. While in this position, he was part of the Executive Management staff of Global Imaging Systems/Xerox. There, Phil had the responsibility of coaching and supporting five company Presidents and Controllers inside the GIS network to manage the business to achieve the financial goals and objectives of each business.
Phil was most recently President and COO of Flexprint.
