By  – A 50-year-old Westchester County man allegedly overcharged a local business more than $250,000 for copying machines that were never delivered, while pocketing commissions on the leases, the Rockland district attorney said Monday.

Joseph Holzberg, an independent contractor acting as a copy machine vendor, allegedly charged the unnamed business for 50 copiers over the past five years that he hid in two different storage facilities in Rockland County, the District Attorney’s Office said.
