The Million Page Test: I’m trying to run a million pages through the Samsung MultiXpress K7600GX – a lifetime of print volume in only a few short months.

The Samsung MultiXpress hit 750,000 printed and copied pages today, in just over 2 month’s time. Remarkably, other than routine maintenance (prescheduled PM’s) I haven’t had a single service call on this machine.

I’ve been using inexpensive Staples brand copy paper (20 lb.) and almost all of the prints and copies have been double sided (duplexed)  to save paper and really push the machine.

On top of that, I’ve been simultaneously using the scanner in effort to scan 1,000,000 pages through the document handler and I’m nearly at 400k.

This 60-PPM black and white copier printer MFP has been an absolute beast so far.
