Topdown, the leading provider of correspondence and document automation software, announced today that they recently partnered with the Ricoh USA federal sales team to provide a complete customer correspondence solution for a large financial institution (“the Bank”). The Bank operates a large citizen-facing call center and fulfillment operation on behalf of a United States federal government agency. This installation marks the first time Topdown and Ricoh worked together. The companies have since entered into a solution-selling agreement that will enable the companies to deliver similar benefits to other government agencies.
