North Canton, Ohio —Visual Edge Technology, Inc.has completed the acquisition of AXSA, Inc., one of the leading independent Office Solutions and Document Management dealers in the U.S; its 5th acquisition in 2017 and 15th over the past several years.
AXSA provides sales and service of HP Page Wide products across the southeastern U.S and Samsung multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions in Central Florida. AXSA, Inc. This acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across the Southeastern United States for HP Page Wide technology and Central Florida.
