The cloud-based plug-in integrates Xerox’s printer discovery and monitoring capabilities and LabTech Software’sremote monitoring and management platform to provide – via a dashboard – information needed to manage print. The tool proactively identifies potential issues such as paper jams or low consumable levels for networked printers and multifunction devices regardless of the manufacturer.
