OKLAHOMA CITY, July 29, 2013 – Global Imaging Systems (GIS), A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), acquired OneSOURCE Managed Services, an Oklahoma Office Systems company and provider of printing, copying and imaging solutions.

OneSOURCE Managed Services – headquartered in Oklahoma City with offices in Tulsa, Enid and Muskogee – will expand Xerox’s distribution to the area by immediately adding Xerox’s office and printingtechnology, and managed print services, to its portfolio. In addition to Xerox equipment, OneSOURCE Managed Services also distributes Konica Minolta, Copystar, Hewlett-Packard and Muratec products.
